| Cottonwood Springs
We've broken ground on daughter Deidre and husband Matthew's
new house in Cottonwood Springs. We will bring you weekly
pictures showing the progress of this custom 2500 square
foot house with 3 bedrooms and a den. All on one floor,
this rambler will showcase the couple's love of Badger
Canyon's quiet rural feel.
After footings and foundation comes the decking, and then,
at last WALLS. The house is truly starting to take a more
recognizable shape. Already the couple are scrutinizing closet space!
Now that the exterior and interior walls are framed in, the
roof trusses will be next. As the roof design is complicated,
these trusses will be framed in place rather than manufactured.
