The project at Eastern Washington University presented special conditions for us to consider. We would need to schedule around the weather and student activities. Cheney can be cold in the winter and working conditions would be nearly impossible. We started mid-2006 and began again as weather permitted in early 2007. The results are a peaceful outdoor area for studying and student gatherings.
